Biography

I have always loved art since childhood, drawing and painting in particular. I have education and experience  with a variety of fine art media -drawing, painting, ceramics, and sculpture.  I enjoy sharing the excitement of art making with others.

Statement

I am drawn to events and images that are powerful in relationship to human experience. I want to convey emotions with my figurative works. My abstract work explores my love of color and form, finding  inspiration in the incredible power and beauty of the natural world.
